Established over 40 years ago and with over 150 professional staff operating from our Head Office in London with a Regional Office in Birmingham we have come a long way since Brian Baily and Graham Garner established the Practice. Whilst we have enjoyed organic growth we have remained true to our roots offering a highly professional, high quality, personal service based upon traditional values with fresh ideas.
Under a new equity management structure we continue to develop our skills and services into a truly interdisciplinary professional practice incorporating Architects, Building Services, Building Surveyors, Environmental Engineers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Health and Safety Specialists.
We operate within the Housing, Commercial, Education, Blue Light, Care and Health and Sectors. Much of our work is in and around occupied buildings, often with a high level of sensitivity, ranging from fire stations, police stations, telephone exchanges, offices, operation communication centres, churches, homes for the frail and elderly to primary and secondary schools/academies.
The majority of our larger housing schemes incorporate retail, commercial, community facilities, open market sale, shared ownership and affordable rented homes. We are currently delivering high rise, high density modern urban hubs, with our tallest building currently at 41 floors. We also support our clients to invest wisely in their existing assets, administering large programmes of catch up repairs, particularly within London based estates and portfolios.
